Oglebay Resort Festival of Lights Trip

The highlight of this trip will be the driving tour of the annual Oglebay Festival of Lights. In 1985 Oglebay was one of the first in the country to offer this event that has continued to expand from year to year becoming one of the nation’s largest light festivals covering more than 300 acres with a six-mile drive throughout the resort.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS AT OGLEBAY The Ihlenfeld Dining Room at Wilson Lodge offers a holiday buffet nightly and the family-friendly GlassWorks Grill at the lodge is open daily for lunch and dinner and the new Garden Bistro. The Oglebay specialty shops, the Carriage House Glass, Farmhouse Sweets & Treat Shoppe, Palm Room and Garden Center shops in the Gardens of Light area, unique items are available at the Resort Shop and West Spa

Trip details:

Overnight accommodations at the park’s Wilson Lodge.  Festival of Lights package-double occupancy per night $153.00 (includes state sales and hotel tax) includes-FOL ticket, breakfast, lodge room.  You will need to make your own reservation as the trip cost does not include lodging.

This tour, which is an over night trip will have transportation by travel van.   Minimum participation for this tour is 10.  As this trip will include a lite breakfast
